Meet Our Physician Coach
Kim Fellman, M.D.
Dr. Fellman is from Atlanta, Georgia. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree from Emory University in 2000, obtained a public health certificate from Harvard University School of Public Health, and graduated from Tufts University School of Medicine in 2007. She completed her internal medicine residency in Birmingham, Alabama at the Baptist Health System in 2010. After completing residency, she and her husband moved to Dallas, Texas, where they now reside with two beautiful children. Dr. Fellman is a board certified internist. She has been a hospitalist at Medical City Dallas Hospital in Dallas, Texas since 2010 and serves as a certified medical director at the Plaza of Edgemere rehab facility. Finally, she is a physician coach trained by the College of Executive Coaching.

It was such an honor for me to be a speaker at this conference. My co-speaker, Dr Mary Rensel and I did a great job sharing our insights on the neuroscience of joy and unlocking peak performance for female physicians. I wish I had learned about these sooner. It could have saved me from feeling ‘burned out’.
